Linkup Youth was established with the passion and focus to bridge the YES programme on behalf of clients. The YES programme (Youth Employment Services) is a work experience programme developed by the Department of Labour. It aims to provide unemployed youth with access to quality work experience and skills development opportunities in order to improve their chances of finding employment.
We have a team of dedicated, professional staff who are committed to ensuring that both our clients and candidates have a positive experience with us, while we take care of it all. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a service that is tailored to each individual client’s needs and requirements.
Workplace Experiences
Linkup Youth provides SPONSORED quality workplace experiences for our youth in order to better equip them for future permanent employment.
We work with our clients to provide structured work experience placements that are geared towards the needs of both our candidates and the company.
Our goal is to ensure that candidates are job-ready upon completion of their SPONSORED placement, and that companies receive the maximum benefit from the Youth Employment Programme.
